GREAT place to eat

We love this place. Been following that s business for over 20 years.

Good food if they get your order right. I've ordered from them before with no problems and the food was great but these last few times they got my order wrong and refused to give me a refund. I will not be ordering from them again these last few experiences were very unprofessional.

One of the good Asian restaurants around Auburn/Opelika. I had the chefs special Thai over noodles(chicken) and it was amazing. I expected a little more meat in the dish for the price. But, all in all a good restaurant. Good place for people who wanna try something new

Food was mediocre at best, service was pretty terrible. I don't know what they did to the rice, but it was not "fried rice."

Seriously the best Chinese and Thai in this area. All of is made by one guy, the owner on a traditional wok. The real way. Fresh every time and made to order

Favorite Chinese ever and a great atmosphere

Always love to eat here! I call in and every time I come pick up my food it’s hot and ready. Cheap prices, fast service, and excellent food!

Lunch is very cheap. I got the sesame chicken special. It was sweet & sour style chicken with sesame sauce on it. But I guess it was okay for only $6.

Food was fresh and was very good. The lady that seated and took our order was very polite. I've been here several times and service is always amazing.

I never write reviews but I just had to for this place. This best Chinese food in Alabama. It came out so fresh and delicious. You have got to try if you're in town.

Significant wait time (45-60 mins) for just "ok" food. Unclear if staffing was the issue.

The Chinese and Thai food here is the very best in the area. It always tastes so fresh and tender. Have been getting take-out here for years, every Friday night. The Thai curry dishes are just incredible, especially the green curry. They do not skimp on portions... a typical dish is more than enough for my wife and me. I love this food.

I have a very mixed opinion of this place. Im giving three stars only because the food is always great, fresh, etc which is why I keep going back. HOWEVER, the service in house is subpar. Staff always seems frustrated that you are there and it takes FOREVER to get your food. So only go if you are not in a hurry to be anywhere soon. As far as calling in, good luck. That’s hit or miss. Some days I can get an answer and other days I never am able to get anyone to pick up the phone, and yes- I am calling during their funky business hours. Also, if you call in, still expect it to take at least 30 minutes or more for your food to be ready to be picked up.

I love their Thai food!! I recommend trying the red curry and Thai coconut soup, they’re so delicious!

Very nice and relaxing

Don't let the appearance keep you from enjoying this little place. Food was prepared fresh, fast, and with a smile. I had the teriyaki chicken with fried rice and egg drop soup. Will definitely be going back.

Nice Thai food, and inexpensive.

This place is a hidden gem in the rough. They make the best coconut curry soup I've ever had. They're vegetable spring rolls are so full of flavor, you'd think they're was meat in them. If you're unsure of what to try, order the chili chicken with bamboo shoots; truly top notch.

Picked up some take out. I had the Mongolian Beef with steamed rice and hot & sour soup. The soup was delicious and on the spicy side. Rice was nice and fluffy and I asked for a little cup of the “red sweet/sour sauce” as I like to put it on the rice. They were happy to accommodate my request.The Mongolian Beef was outstanding! It was still piping hot when I opened the carton at home. The meat was tender and full of flavor. Best I’ve had in town. Will definitely order from them again.

Our favorite chinese! We love the food and the wonderful server. We always bring family here when they're in town.

We waited outside for the restaurant for ten minutes before and twenty minutes after they open (they have 1:30 posted). Their opening time came and went, which was expected from a small restaurant that doesn't expect business early, but at 1:50 the staff/owners (?) came out back, noticed we were were waiting... Then got in their car and left. Their food is okay, but I refuse go here again because of the blatant lack of business standards or basic respect for their customers.

Been eating here since 2010. The owners are great people & the food has always been my favorite Asian anywhere around Opelika-Auburn.

Absolutely horrible food! I requested teriyaki chicken with no onions as I’m allergic. They sent me something completely different and put onions in it. She then said her “chef” put no onions in it but yet here they are clear as day in the picture. Worst Chinese restaurant ever. Never order from here. You will not be happy!

The food is AWESOME at the China Palace. It is my family's favorite restaurant in the Auburn area. Also, it is the best chinese or thai food in the Auburn/Opelika area.

Food is the best in auburn

A very good Asian restaurant that is off the beaten track. Hopefully they are busier than what we observed as we were the only diners early on a Saturday night. Students were not back yet so maybe that accounts for the lower traffic. An all Asian cuisine, the food was prepared well and served hot and enjoyed by everyone. They easily accommodated our dietary restrictions without loss of flavor or taste. They do not use MSG which is a plus for us. Don't let the exterior throw you as it looks more like a road house or dive bar than Asian restaurant, it is worth the 5 minute drive out highway 14.

Best chinese/thai food in the county. You won't be disappointed.

I always enjoy their food. It’s consistently good. My favorite is the honey chicken! They are also friendly.
